Kevin Johnson has more than 25 years’ experience in tax planning and tax controversy. He has represented Fortune 100 companies and other clients in IRS audits, IRS administrative appeals, and in litigation in Tax Court, federal district courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims and various circuit courts of appeals. Early in his career, he was an IRS Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer. With that experience, he brings an insider’s perspective and understanding of IRS administrative practice. Kevin is the past Chair of the ABA Tax Section Administrative Practice Committee, and has served as a member of that Committee for more than 15 years. He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
