I have rare and extensive first-hand experience defending diverse organization types against the most skilled attackers in the world. I leverage that experience to help guide the development and adoption of innovative risk mitigation solutions. I’m comfortable switching from Board to engineering level discussions across a broad set of security related topics. I have experience building and leading elite technical and non-technical teams through hypergrowth, stagnation, and reductions in force. I practice servant leadership, have a strong bias towards action, and start with empathy in everything I do or build.
