Wissam is a serial entrepreneur, investor and operator. In addition to co-founding Dubai Angel Investors, Wissam helped lead a high-growth e-commerce startup in the Middle East and held a variety of entrepreneurial positions at Dubai Contracting Company where he handled expansion and growth functions. Wissam acted as co-Managing Partner of Hatcher’s US$20Mn Fund I, and now heads up the Hatcher+ Early Stage Co-investment Network worldwide making Hatcher+ one of the most active investors in the world. He co-founded 2 startups early on in his career in Montreal, Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with a double major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Statistics, which he earned with first class honors in 2002. Wissam has been a chartered financial analyst since 2006.
